Failure: A Path to Personal Development
I’ve always admired people who aren’t afraid to fail. You know, people who see setbacks as just another quest to conquer.
I believe that the greatest defeat comes when we allow mistakes, bad decisions, disappointments or bad news to convince us that we might as well give up or stay down but the sure way to fail is giving up, accepting defeat and doing nothing.
When we let it, failure teaches determination, growth personal development and discovery. Failure can stretch us to do more than we think we can and push us out of our comfort zones. It produces wisdom and maturity when we learn from it.
Sometimes, it may take more than a few tries to succeed at something and that’s okay, but never lose the courage to try again.
